I went from obsessively watching my weight, trying every diet under the sun, and spending hours on the cross trainer to inadvertently destroying my gut and, with that, my health - to finally stop fighting my body after discovering how to heal and balance my system, hormones and mind with game-changing nutrition (that didn’t feel like total diet torture) and strategically incorporating the proper exercise (that didn’t make me feel like I had to move into my local gym).
