- Enter your personal and business details

- Enter your tax number, if VAT is applicable

- You will be informed about new bookings via email, check your inbox regularly.
- The email will contain a link leading to your booking, click on it, log into your profile and accept the booking within 2 hours.
- Please note that if you fail to accept the booking within the given time frame, it may be canceled and you are running risk to lose the customer.

The Payment - Your money is safe
Post-payment offline: With this option, the buyer will pay you directly outside platform. Accepted methods may include cash, EC card, PayPal, invoice, or other mutually agreed options. Typically, payment is completed after the service has been delivered. Please ensure that you coordinate the payment details directly with your customer, using our chat function in the order.
Pre-payment online: Are you sick of chasing your money? Then the pre-payment option is what you are looking for! Please note that in this case we need your bank details. In this case the buyer will be paying your booked service in advance right after the booking. Payments are accepted via credit card and processed through our trusted, EU-regulated, PSD2-compliant partner, Mollie.com (rated 4.6/5 on Trustpilot).
The payment is securely held until the service is completed and the buyer is satisfied. In the unlikely event of a customer being unsatisfied with your service, we are here to help through our dispute resolution process. Once we found a mutual solution, the payment will be released and when you request it, our renown partner Notion.com will proceed with the payout to your bank account. Your money is safe with us!
