Marc Lustig - Scaled Intend Leadership Coaching in München

After completing his university degree in social sciences and philosophy and an aborted PhD project in philosophy of science, Marc entered IT and worked as a software developer. He has been working with agile methods since 2004. Marc began his coaching career in 2008 with a three-year agile transformation at Allianz Deutschland AG. Since then, Marc has supported numerous clients in their transformation projects.

Personal development and self-awareness as a socio-political existence has always been a matter close to Marc's heart. He is convinced that coaching according to ICF standards and especially according to the Co-Active Model is meaningful and makes the world a better place.

How does Co-Active Coaching resonate with the core of my being?

Basically, Co-Active simply means "being in action ... together". Or perhaps it would be more appropriate to say "being together ... in action". Your actions and experiences flow into our coaching sessions, you are always at the center of the conversation.

Co-Active helps you to broaden your perspective, leave your comfort zone and grow in the process. Our coaching alliance will provide new insights and reveal new horizons never seen before, as the combination of our knowledge and experience and our being provides space and growth.

Leadership knows no "finish line". We are all on a lifelong journey of learning and self-leadership, and each person's journey is unique. Co-Active is a contextual lens to experience this journey from different perspectives. Coaching helps you see issues (not problems!) from different perspectives and choose from core values that are important to you and that strengthen your being, presence and self-awareness.

Co-Active is based on your experiences, every experience is a learning opportunity. Bringing together several of these learning experiences often leads to "breakthroughs", a personal transformation. This happens in coaching sessions. In the end, we come to the conclusion together that you can actually choose your own reality. Coaching and mentoring are the fastest way to learn and improve.
