Unfortunately, the service is very slow. Today was especially very bad, we waited for 30 mins and nobody was available to take our order despite requesting to do so and then having to wait for a further 15 mins without anyone paying any attention. We spoke to them when we left and were told this is to be expected because they were serving one table - and not at a usually busy time of 5:30 pm. I am sorry, but then we should at least be informed about it so that we can go someplace else and not waste our Friday evening.
I hope the establishment can improve the service and general attitude to customer service.
