Sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung, schnelle und klare Angebotserstellung, alles sehr schnell und zuverlässig, hervorragende Erreichbarkeit bei Rückfragen, flexibel auf Terminänderungswunsch reagiert, Umzugsteam sehr höflich und sehr gut mit Umzugsgut umgegangen, sehr hilfsbereit bezüglich Montage-und Umstellwünschen, immer pünktlich und zügig gearbeitet. Der Umzug lief (mit Baby) perfekt. Die Männer waren pünktlich, fleißig und trotz der langen Arbeitszeit (8-19Uhr) sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Top!

Wir haben eine Woche vor Umzug ein Unternehmen gesucht das uns beim Umzug unterstützt und vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Umzug sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen.
Der Service sowie der Umzug liefen einfach nur toll und der Preis war wirklich top.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Preis/Leistungen stimmten voll und ganz überein. Es ging schnell und ohne Schäden über die Bühne trotzdem die Ausladeadresse im 4.OG (ohne Fahrstuhl) lag. Möbel wurden entsprechend zusätzlich geschützt. Ich kann die Kängugs auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen. Beste Grüße und ein großes Dankeschön an die Männer!

Wir haben bereits den zweiten Umzug mit Känguru Logistik gemacht, da wir mit dem ersten Umzug sehr zufrieden waren. Jetzt, nachdem der zweite Umzug erledigt ist, sind wir wieder sehr zufrieden. Sauber, umsichtig, hilfsbereit und gute Kommunikation - im Backoffice, sowie vor Ort.
Der dritte Umzug kommt bestimmt. 👍

I’ve been trying to get in contact with you! My representative will not answer endless calls and texts. I have no idea if my container got lost, when it will be delivered… Starting to wonder if this was a scam.

Since my last correspondence (finally found out my container is in Everglades Port - arrived 12.26.22); I completed a power of attorney (1.3.22) to release the container from US customs.

My rep said he would coordinate for delivery to my home (a mere 1 hr or so from port). He said he’s “on it” for a few days now, however no delivery date in sight, no real communication otherwise.

Not sure if the company has any experience in international (keep in mind $17K) ; would never recommend.

Pricey but very professional team. They handled reserving the parking spots for the truck, all the moving, etc. The team was diligent in wrapping/padding all the furniture. Overall very happy with them.

I could not be more appreciative of the team executing my removal on Monday. They went above and beyond in showing great patience, a high level of professionalism and were very friendly and helpful.

In particular, Alex was remarkable and spoke excellent English. He was able to help translate between myself and the storage company and demonstrated great ingenuity.

I would not hesitate to recommend Känguru's services to others.
