Convenient and affordable appointment through the online system. Very polite and friendly service, my dog felt comfortable and safe. The waiting room has a very pleasant atmosphere, clean.

Team. They took such good care of my baby boy Romi. He looked so handsome and happy to be pampered. And the installations are top! However, I wanna give special credit to the team. On our first visit, when they asked about aspects they needed to consider while treating my dog, I mentioned his mouth because of some dental problems and they quickly advised me to go to a veterinary clinic right across them and having took their advice, my fur baby is now getting the right treatment. Thank you so much and we will back soon!

We had an appointment a few months ago and although we came in about 15 mins earlier to make sure we could fill out all the information, we ended up having to wait over an hour for our scheduled appointment. There was no offer of compensation or reduction for our waiting time but just a “sorry it looks like it will take another 20 mins would you like to take a round with your dog”. At that time we decided to leave because of the incredibly long wait and seemingly busy staff - we couldn’t imagine how many hours we’d have to stay. At first we had given a very fair review - 3 stars for very nice salon environment as well as receptionist staff and noted that we can’t review the work as we didn’t get seen. However, I can no longer trust the rating for this company as our review was “reported to Google”. If, as a business, you can’t take real reviews for your service and respond to them appropriately then customers can’t trust what you’re putting out. We should be able to trust you when we have to give our dogs in your hands but now I know all the reviews are selected and the “bad ones” (even 3 stars) are weeded out. I’m glad we decided to leave and I’ve made sure I’ve told others that the reviews can’t be trusted.

If you’ve also read the news you know that there was an incident where a dog at the salon died in an accident as the dog was not secured and ran out the door. I wish we had read this before we made the appointment.

Lovely dog hair salon. They did a really nice job with the interior design. The staff is absolutely lovely. I think the boss checked us in and explained a few things, offered coffee multiple times and had us seated until Yuka was ready. Yuka was kind, gentle and so patient with Coco. Coco was a bit of a cry baby today but Yuka was absolutely marvelous. We used to go to Nymphenburg-Laim and they did not treat dogs well there…. This place is a day and night difference. It is a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. Everything is new and the service is great. They made sure the entire place is constantly vacuumed and cleaned. At this point, I prefer paying a little more and knowing my dog is in good hands! Big thank you to everyone at McGroomer, definitely recommend this little dog spa. Ask for Yuka or Mika :) but I’m sure the rest of the team is just as lovely. Staff speaks German, English and Spanish. And it’s so easy to get an appointment online. Thanks guys!!!

What a lovely grooming place for our fur baby :) master groomer Mikka was amazing and handled our anxious dog with such great care+ patience.
The groomers take care of each dog with so much affection that you are assured that your dog will be handled with great care. Throughout the process there is great transparency as they keep updating you about your dog. We’d definitely go back again and would recommend this place as much as possible!!!

I highly recommend this friendly, welcoming, clean, and professional dog grooming business. It’s always hard to get my dog to LEAVE McGroomers because he feels so safe and comfortable there. I’m especially grateful that they do such a good job with trimming double-coated dogs like Irish terriers with a trim knife. My dog looks great, feels great, and he’s always happy to come back to this wonderful business. Highly recommend!

Nice environment, kind staff and great service. The online booking system is so convenient and we got an appointment on the same day. Maybe it’s a bit pricey but you pay for value. I can only recommend the place.
