Paulina is a Yoga Teacher, Wellbeing Guide, and neuroscience enthusiast who stands up for what's right. Her classes prioritize consent and personal needs, creating a loving, compassionate, and curious space. You'll leave feeling fully awakened from all angles of yourself.

Combining neuroscience and spirituality for a holistic approach to wellbeing, always incorporating Somatic Yoga!

Class Structure:

• 60 minutes of Vinyasa-infused yoga: Flow through dynamic sequences that strengthen and increase flexibility.
• 30 minutes of restorative yoga: Slow down and unwind with gentle poses supported by props, promoting healing and deep relaxation.

Monthly Special:
Experience blissful surrender in our restorative yoga segment, using props to melt into each pose, finding peace and tranquility. 🌙😌

Class Details ✨

• 🧘‍♂️ All yoga materials provided (mat, bolster, blocks, blankets, etc.)
• 🤝 Respect your boundaries with our Consent Woodie for touch adjustments
• 🕒 Doors close at 19:30; please arrive early
• 📝 Bring a journal, water bottle, and wear comfy clothing (PJs encouraged!)
• 💇‍♀️ Tie your hair, remove jewelry, and turn off devices
