Growing up, I was always surrounded by animals – dogs, cats, ducks and even rabbits. As I come from a small town where almost every family has a pet, my family is particularly well known for its love of animals. As I got older, I took on more responsibility for our pets: I walked our dogs, played with them, trained them and gave them baths.
Today, I have five dogs of my own back home, and one of my favourite moments of the day is feeding time – I carefully portion out the food for each one whilst they sit there patiently. These moments always remind me just how special animals are.
Since moving to Germany, I have been working as a pet sitter for over a year. All the pet owners I have worked with have been completely satisfied with my care.
