Overview

I offer functional training workouts at the calisthenics area in Weissensee, Berlin. Other locations can be arranged upon request.

Functional training therefore means that the training is designed to meet the respective requirements of the client.

The focus is on the quality of movement sequences, muscle functions and improving performance in basic skills. The main focus is on basic movements that occur in almost all sports. Core movements such as running, jumping, skipping and turning are therefore basic elements of functional training. The stabilization of joints and the entire trunk is also of great importance. Proprioception requirements (self-awareness of muscles, tendons and joints) and a pronounced high-speed component can also be found.

My services:

Initial consultation: I offer all interested parties a free initial consultation in person or by telephone. This lasts around 30 minutes.

Introductory workout: Would you like to get to know me first and see if you want to go your own way with me? No problem! The first workout costs a one-off fee of €35.

Single workout: A single workout costs €85.

10-workout card: You can only do your workouts irregularly and don't want to commit to me for too long at first? The 10-workout card costs €700 including a free introductory workout.

Remote: Would you like to do your workouts flexibly and independently from home? I will be happy to plan your workouts accordingly and make them available to you remotely via an app. You will receive 3 workouts per week. The remote subscription costs €100 per month.

Nutrition coaching: In addition to training, I am happy to recommend an analysis of nutritional habits to all customers and an appropriate adaptation to the respective training. The basic consultation costs €250 per person for the first month and €50 for each additional month.

Buddy workouts: Don't feel like doing the workout alone with me? No problem, as long as your buddy has a similar fitness level and identical goals. Then you can join the workout in pairs. Your buddy will then only pay 50% of your chosen offer.
